We ship our products to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, WA and NT.

Our large items are shipped with Fedex/TNT, Aramex or Couriers Please and must go to an actual address, not a PO BOX. We will also request that the parcel/s can be left somewhere safe if no one is home to sign for.

Smaller items are shipped with Australia Post.

Lead times can be anywhere from 1-7 days to ship items to metro areas on the east coast of Australia. Shipping items to metro areas in WA or NT can take up to 14 days, as all our items are shipped out of Brisbane.

Lead time estimates are from when the parcel leaves our warehouse and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. This does not include delays outside our control.

Please note postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, Australia Post investigations, TNT/Fedex investigations, or any other uncontrollable factors.
